We had a fantastic week at Gite Canut. Very friendly and helpful reception from owner Jean-Claude. Beautiful cool and clean Gite, in an oasis of peace. Elegant enclosed garden and lovely swimming pool. The area is breathtaking and wooded, ideal for walking and excursions. We wish the Lacoste family much more rental success and fun. Definitely worth it 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Gite Canut is more than just a destination in the Dordogne, it is a property that invites you to travel “out of time” with its many castles and surrounding villages to visit. Nestled in the heart of the countryside, surrounded by forests and unspoilt nature, this gite is an ideal place to relax and unwind by the large private swimming pool. The welcome from Jean-Claude is also commendable. Very discreet and respectful of our peace, he always responded quickly to all our requests. Le Gite Canut, which is also dog friendly, is an address to remember and we highly recommend it.
